• Raising awareness amongst health care providers
• Patient support provided by front line staff dealing directly with patients and families

24.7% Communications

• Website and online presence
• Brochures, newsletters and associated postage
• Toll-Free phone line and telecommunications
• Part-time staff overseeing communications program

14.5% Office & Administrative

• Rent and office supplies
• Insurance and registration fees
• Computers and software
• Contract accounting services

5.3% Research & International Collaboration

• Conferences and meetings
• Membership database management
